- Surface Preparation

• 01
  The temperature of the coating surface should be more than 5℃ and to avoid condensation of the water components, the surface should be higher than the dew point of 3℃ and must be lower than 80% of the relative humidity.

  Dirty/foreign material on the surface must be cleaned thoroughly such as dust, oil, etc.

  Coat the surface once everything is ready and coat with putty if there are any cracks or holes.

  Use a grinding machine to make rough parts smooth.

- Coating

  Mix the resin and hardener for 2~3 minutes by measuring it according to a predetermined mixing ratio. Basically, no solvent material can be used, but for epoxy thinners it can be used up to 3% to improve leveling during winter. (Desired material specifications cannot be obtained if mixing ratios and processes are not followed according to the stated regulations.)

  Use the material only during the pot life period because the material will harden along with heating and the material also causes a chemical reaction as after the pot life period is over after being mixed. (The higher the temperature, the faster the pot life, the pot life and hardening can be slower in winter or in low temperatures.)

  Use a trowel when coating during pot life.
